Chrysler Group, LLC is an American car company, founded in 1925. Headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The company generally produces various kinds of sport and luxury vehicles. The company is wholly owned by Cerberus Capital Management after Daimler AG also became a shareholder until April 2007. On June 10, 2009 Chrysler declared bankruptcy and cooperation with Fiat.Chrysler founded by Walter Chrysler on June 6, 1925, when the car company Maxwell Motor Company ( founded 1904) was reorganized into the Chrysler Corporation.

Walter Chrysler had originally entered in the Maxwell-Chalmers car company in the early 1920s. He was recruited in the company to take it over and to improve the chaotic state of the company at that time

At the end of 1923, production from Chalmers Automobile finally stopped.

In the month of January 1924, Walter Chrysler launched a brand new car. He launched the Chrysler 70, a 6-cylinder engine cars with good quality, high-tech, with yan quite affordable price at that time.

Technological innovation
